We obtain efficient integral formulas for spherical curves using the concept of strips and bands. We also investigate the geometry of $n$ random strips that meet a convex figure on the unit sphere and we estimate the measure of bands determined by a small circle that meet a convex figure. The estimation is given by the measure of small circles that meet a convex figure.
