Guidelines for submission

The preferred method of submission is to upload a PDF file to the online submission system.

Information needed for manuscript submission:
(1) The PDF file should include all text, graphics, tables, and appendices of the manuscript. Only one file upload is allowed in the system.
(2) Manuscript should include a title, names of authors, authors' email addresses, an abstract, MSC numbers, keywords, references, corresponding addresses, etc.
(3) The author may suggest an appropriate Editor and Reviewer to review their manuscript. If the author cannot determine an appropriate Editor, they may suggest a Managing Editor.

Information on the reviewing process

(1) The reviewing process is set to 60 days in principle.
(2) Peer review is conducted through the Electronic Editorial System.
(3) After reviews from Reviewers are submitted, Managing Editor will make a final decision after which the author will be notified.
(4) Additionally, papers approved for publication will be examined on the grounds of Research Ethics after which the author will be notified.

After receiving acceptance

(1) Once the TeX file of the manuscript that has received final acceptance has been uploaded to the online system, the Editorial Office will process the manuscript for editing.
(2) Supplementary files (graphics, tables, etc.) are to be uploaded as a single zip file.
(3) When the editing process is completed, an email with the galley proof along with other necessary documents will be sent to the author for a final confirmation.
(4) Papers Will then be published in the order of their first submitted date. The waiting list for publication is available to view on https://ckms.kms.or.kr/journal/list.html?pn=ahead.
