In this paper, we introduce the $(4k-1)$-diagonal algebra $Alg{\Cal L}_{\infty}^{(4k-1)}$ and investigate the necessary and sufficient condition that isomorphisms of $Alg{\Cal L}_{\infty}^{(4k-1)}$ are quasi-spatial.
