Abstract : In this note, let $A\in B(X)$ be a spectral operator, we give a necessary and sufficient condition on the resolvent of an operator $A$ are obtained for the discrete semigroup consisting of powers of $A$
to be a uniformly-bounded on non archimedean Banach space over algebrically closed field such that $\mathbb{C}_{p}.$
